Having a staff of over 9,000 highly professional workers, the company annually produces over 21 million high-quality products of different types, over 80% of which are exported to European countries, the US, Japan and Hong Kong.
Despite difficulties caused by the global economic crisis, the company’s export turnover in 2013 reached 1,590 billion dong and it opened 22 new agents and 3 shops, increasing the total number of distributors to 186.

Since the 90s, the company actively expanded its market to developing countries with its major product of men’s shirts. In 2003, the company had a new development strategy with a target of varying their products to increase their competiveness in the market. It invested in producing high quality suits with great success. It then changed gradually the form of production to FOB (Free on Board) that helped bring high added value. At present, the company’s suits have become famous in the world. Each year, the company produces nearly 1.5 million products and occupies the domestic market with two brand names: Mansuit Cleopatre and Crusz. The company is well known for other high-ranking products brand named M10 Series, M10 Experts, May 10 Classic, Pharaon, Cleopatre, Jack Hot and Eternity Grusz.
To have such a success, the company researched and found the standard sizes of Vietnamese people as well as opening a system of shops which provide customers with made-to-measure products, increasing productivity. Since the company applied the new production model of Lean, the company’s productivity increased 52%, and the rate of error products decreased 8%.The working hours have been reduced one hour/day and the expenditure for production decreased 5-10%/year. However, the income of workers has increased over 10% and the competitiveness of the company is enhanced in the market.
In the period of international integration and severe competitiveness, the company pays much attention to building and maintaining its prestigious trademark and increasing the quality of products to gain the trust of customers. Since 1999, the company has put anti-counterfeit fibers in the product’s main textile label. Therefore, the company not only protects its trademark but also helps customers distinguish between fake and the real ones.

Talking about the direction for sustainable development in the future, Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, Director General of the company affirmed that the company targets to become a powerful economic group. To fulfill its goal, the company will have measures to stabilize and develop its domestic market and markets for export, implement the trade mode of ODM (an original design manufacturer), absolutely implement the Lean manufacturing model in its affiliates to enhance professional skills, create breakthroughs in productivity and focus on developing products of high economic value, such as suits, Eternity Grusz and M10 Series.
