Chicken grilled in a bamboo tube is a delicious dish that is usually prepared by people in mountainous areas. The preparation of this dish is rather simple.

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken: 0.5kg
- 15-20cm young bamboo tubes
- Banana leaf or silver paper; red pepper; two lemongrass roots; dried garlic; salt; sugar and honey
PREPARATION:
- Thinly chop lemongrass roots and dried garlic.
- Clean and chop the chicken into pieces and then mix with a dash of salt, sugar, chopped lemongrass roots and dried garlic.
- Put the chicken into bamboo tubes and cover with silver papers or banana leaf and then tightly tie.
- Grill the bamboo tubes over hot charcoal for 30 minutes.
- When serving, split the bamboo tube and place on a large plate.
