Children’s programme exploring Southeast Asia on horizon

The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi will organise a programme on May 30 and 31 that helps children explore Southeast Asia, to mark International Children’s Day on June 1.

With experiential activities, games, and traditional toy-making, the programme is expected to help children make interesting discoveries about Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cultures.

Entry to the museum is free for children with disabilities.

The youngsters will have the opportunity to learn about the flags of Southeast Asian countries and their currencies and capitals.

Other activities include drawing and painting outfits of ethnic minority groups and cultural heritage exhibits./
