越 南 国 会主 席 阮 文 安 接 见 韩 国 国 会 主 席 金 元 基 。

     应 越 南 国 会 主席 阮 文 安 的 邀 请 ，由 金 元 基 主 席 率 领 的 韩 国 国 会 代 表 团 抵 达 河 内 ， 对  越 南 进 行 正 式 访 问 。

    在 2006年 1月 15日上 午 的 会 谈 上 阮 文 安 主 席 指 出 ， 越 南 重 视 并 高 度 评 价 韩 国 在 亚 洲 地 区 的 作 用 和 地 位 ； 主 张 加强 越 韩 关 系 ， 面 向 未 来 ， 建 设 和 平 、 稳 定 和 发 展 的 国 家 ， 为 了 各 自 国 家 人 民 的 利 益 。 越 南 愿意 并 将 尽 最 大 努 力 为 朝 鲜 半 岛 的 和 平 、 稳 定 和 统 一 做 出 贡 献 。 主 席 认 为 ， 越 南 与 韩 国 之 间 的合 作 潜 力 巨 大 ， 今 后 应 加 强 和 扩 大 两 国 的 各 方 面 合 作 并 大 力 促 进 两 国 国 会 的 关 系 。

     金 元 基 主 席 强调 ， 韩 国 与 越 南 在 历 史 、 文 化 及 发 挥 民 族 力 量 以 克 服 困 难 ， 应 对 挑 战 等 方 面 都 有 许 多 相 同 点。 前 段 时 期 ， 两 国 政 府 和 企 业 的 合 作 关 系 发 展 良 好 。 目 前 ， 应 进 一 步 加 强 和 推 进 两 国 立 法 机关 的 合 作 关 系 ， 以 为 发 展 两 国 的 一 般 关 系 作 出 贡 献 。 此 次 两 国 国 会 签 署 的 合 作 协 议 将 是 双 方交 流 和 会 晤 经 常 Ôr="0" hspace="3" alt="" vspace="3" onclick="openImageNews(this.src)" src="/Upload//2012/1/19/19-1DL01BaoAnh191201210719131.jpg" />

Called “antiques”, however most of the items displayed at the market are not truly valuable in terms of their antiqueness. That’s why visitors can feel at ease when touching any item they want, or bargaining with the owner for a good price. For this favor, the market becomes an attractive destination for a lot of visitors after the many years it has been open in one of the capital’s old streets.

Buying an old item at the year-end antique market with the hope of enjoying good luck in the New Year has become a cultural custom of many Hanoians.
