Lobster and Abalone

Lobster and abalone are considered delicacies that not everybody has the opportunity to enjoy.

 

Fresh lobster and abalone are combined skillfully in a sauce to create a special taste, delighting any gourmand. This nutritious dish is also very good for one’s health. 


Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- Lobster: 2
- Abalone: 300g
- Dried onion, garlic, ginger, cooking oil, salt, pepper, honey, lemon juice, soya-sauce, oyster sauce, corn powder, fresh vegetables and bulbs.
Preparations:
-- Clean and cut abalone into pieces and steam for two hours. Take them out and fry quickly with cooking oil. Add a dash of ginger.
- How to make the sauce: Boil the broth, add oyster sauce, sugar, wine, soya-sauce, corn powder and continue cooking until a paste is created.
- Scald the lobsters in boiling water and then mix them with a dash of salt, pepper, honey and lemon juice for 15 minutes. Use scissors or a knife to slit the body of the lobsters to help them absorb the sauce. Grill the lobsters over charcoal until they become brown then place the lobsters on a large plate surrounded by abalone.
- Lastly, pour the sauce over all and decorate the dish with fresh vegetables and flower-shaped bulbs.
- Serve hot
