The Green Space of Ecopark

Located about 10km southeast of  Hanoi, Ecopark is the largest ecological urban township in northern Vietnam. With a complex of high-end villas and apartments built in a green space, Ecopark is an ideal choice for tourism, relaxation and accommodation for many people.
The Ecopark project was built in 2009 by the Viet Hung Urban Development and Investment Joint-stock Company (VIHAJICO) with a total area of nearly 500ha. Its architecture focuses on the enjoyment of a clean and fresh living environment with modern facilities of international standards. Housing in Ecopark includes high-end villas and apartments with a system of utilities properly distributed within the area.

Ecopark received the title of “Vietnam’s Best Green Architecture” by the Vietnam Association of Architects in 2012 and “Vietnam’s Best Mixed-use Development” for two consecutive years in 2012 and 2013 by the International Property Award for the Asia Pacific region.
With more than 110ha spent for green areas and lakes, Ecopark provides residents with an ideal living space that presents the perfect harmony of people and nature. Two gated villa communities of Vuon Tung (Conifer garden) and Vuon Mai (Apricot garden) incorporate modern architecture and luxurious design with the lush green landscapes of old trees and numerous flowers, forming environmentally friendly accommodation for people.

With the attention to detail in infrastructure, modern facilities and high quality services, Vuon Tung and Vuon Mai have the styles and beauty of high-class resorts. Two areas have clubhouses with swimming pools, tennis courts, badminton courts, gyms, event organising areas and restaurants.

Close to them is the Rung Co apartment area surrounded by a spacious park covered in green. Apartments and schools are placed in the middle of a multi-layer green area with a unique appearance.

Pho Truc is a tasteful blend of tradition and modernity. The  shopping area, including fashion boutiques, cafes and fast food shops, are carefully designed to deliver Vietnamese culture to visitors. It is an iconic part that defines the unique style of Ecopark.

According to the statistics of the Viet Hung Urban Development and Investment Joint-stock Company, the number of visitors to Ecopark is estimated to reach 3,000 during holidays
