At the time as the autumn arrives with cool
winds and bright sunshine, fashion designers begin to prepare
wedding dresses for a new wedding season. This year, an exhibition
entitled "Stylish Wedding 2004" was held at the Press Club in Hanoi,
attracting many fashion designers nationwide.nbsp;nbsp;
Based on the simple and
modern trend, fashion designer Thanh Hang created straight
wedding-dresses with a slight tail that creates a graceful,
attractive and smart beauty. Thanh Hang also stylized and designed
three-layer wedding dresses with a heart-shaped neckline decorated
with flowers that helps the bride look more lovely and
self-confident.
In
this wedding season, fashion designer Phuong Anh presents a
collection entitled "Love and Happiness" which is much sought after
by young people. Almost all the modes of this collection were made
from muslin material and decorated with crystal beads and
embroidered sleeves. The uniqueness and modernity of these dresses
were clearly expressed through the curves of the dress' body,
patterns embroidered on the dress or thin white headscarf, and big
bow-ties.
At the exhibition the collection of turban and ao dai (traditional long dress) of Que
Gallerry shop, which were designed on the basic traditional wedding
costumes of Vietnamese people, was also greatly appreciated.
Together with wedding dresses, flowers are indispensable in
the bridal day because they make a great contribution to
highlighting the pure beauty of the Oriental brides. The Nyna shop
showcased many modes of flowers, such as lotus and roses, so that
young people can choose a suitable mode.
Through wedding dresses, fashion designers wish to make
brides look more beautiful and attractive on their wonderful and
happy day.
