The event will be co-organised by the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Centre and N Group Media.
It will house more than 200 pavilions featuring brands by top fashion designers in Vietnam such as Viet Tien, May 10, Nha Be, Duc Giang, Dac Ngoc, Do Trinh Hoai Nam and Lan Huong.
A fashion show for children will be held as part the festival.
The VIFBF will also feature international pavilions from the Republic of Korea, Indonesia and China.
