General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam and the high-level Vietnamese delegation departed New York on September 23, successfully concluding their attendance at the High-Level General Debate of the 81st UN General Assembly and bilateral activities in the United States, and proceeded to Canada for a state visit.
