The chain of minimarts is jointly operated by the Phu Nhuan Jewelry JSC, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee’s Ho Chi Minh City chapter and Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association.

The minimarts will offer nearly 50 types of essential consumer goods including food, fruit, canned goods, cakes and more.

The programme is expected to help more than 25,000 households in need, to have an opportunity to buy essential goods to welcome Tet.

The launch of the chain of zero dong minimarts for Tet at this time is not only a meaningful and humane activity, but it also makes practical and timely contributions to taking care of people in the city during Tet, said Vice President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee’s Ho Chi Minh City chapter Ngo Thanh Son.
