Havana (VNA) – Vietnam’s Embassy in Cuba has organised a Tet (Lunar New Year) 2017 festival for the Vietnamese community in Cuba.
Speaking at the event, Vietnam’s Ambassador to Cuba Duong Minh reviewed major events in Vietnam, in Cuba and the world in 2016 as well as major activities in the Vietnam-Cuba bilateral relationship, especially high-ranking visits of the leaders of the two countries to promote their traditional solidarity and cooperation.
On the occasion, Ambassador Duong Minh wished the whole Vietnamese community in Cuba health, success and to make more contributions to the construction and protection of Vietnam and to nurture the Vietnam-Cuba friendship.
