Thailand Research Expo 2019 held in Bangkok

Research is an important factor in national development. And to raise public awareness on research, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) is organizing Thailand Research Expo 2019, where researchers can present their work on technology and innovation to inspire other sectors to move forward together according to the national strategy.

At Thailand Research Expo 2019, the Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Minister, ACM Prajin Junton, delivered a keynote speech, saying the important aspect of research is to take action in order to find solutions and create new outcomes.

He said all sides will have to work together to encourage the business and private sectors to invest in Thai researches and enhance them. A master plan will have to be developed to help push forward the research works in the country, so that they are internationally recognized.

This will lead to stability, prosperity and sustainability, he said.

With more than 1,500 researches on display, Thailand Research Expo 2019 is being held from April 7 to 10 at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World, Bangkok.
