President extends birthday congratulation to Japanese Emperor

President Tran Dai Quang, on December 22, sent a message of best wishes to Japanese Emperor Akihito on his 84th birthday (December 23).

The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a congratulatory message on the royal birthday to his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe.

Also on the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh cabled congratulations to Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs Taro Kono.-VNA/VNP
