Nguyen Duc Loi reappointed as VNA General Director

Loi, 57, was born in the central province of Quang Tri. He graduated from the Havana University in Cuba, majoring in Spanish literature. 

The PM also reappointed Tran Binh Minh as General Director of the Vietnam Television.
