The fifth annual international kite festival wrapped up in the southern province of Ba Ria –Vung Tau on May 11, with eye-catching kite flying displays leaving a deep impression on visitors.
Up to 135 artisans, with 65 hailing from overseas, participated in the three-day festival themed “Flying Vietnam”.
Tens of thousands of visitors and locals gathered at Vung Tau Intourco Resort, the venue of the event, to enjoy the spectacle.
Data from travel platforms show that Da Lat continues to be the most popular domestic destination for Tet 2026, with searches increasing by 44%. Its cool climate, festive atmosphere, and wide range of accommodation options make it a top choice during the peak season.
