Three Vietnamese teams namely VTV Binh Dien Long An, Vietinbank and LienVietPostBank will compete with five foreign teams from Thailand, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, China and Kazakhstan.
The teams are divided into two groups. The first and second ranking teams of each group will be qualified for the semi-finals, while the remaining will compete to identify their rankings.
The tournament runs until April 30 with 20 matches in total. This is the first time Tay Ninh province has hosted such an international tournament.
