Hanoi, June 20 (VNA) – A high-ranking delegation of the Cambodian National Assembly (NA) led by NA President Heng Samrin will pay an official visit to and attend activities in Vietnam from June 23 to 26.
During the visit, Heng Samrin will take part in activities marking the 50th estabishment anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic relationship.
He will also participate in a meeting of the presidents of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Lao Front for National Construction and the Solidarity Front for Development of the Cambodian Motherland.
The trip will be made at the invitation of Chairwoman of the NA of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, the Vietnamese parliament’s Committee for External Affairs announced on June 20.
