Amazon Global Selling establishes specialised team in Vietnam

Amazon Global Selling has officially established a specialised team in Vietnam, facilitating international sales for Vietnamese vendors.

With the new team, Amazon Global Selling will help train businesses about selling their products on Amazon, including creating lists of items or using FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) services and other activities.

Bernard Tay, Amazon Singapore’s director of customer service and director of Amazon Global Selling Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, said that the launch of the Amazon Global Selling team in Vietnam would support businesses, giving sellers opportunities to export domestic products as well as becoming a bridge to global customers of Amazon.

Sellers will be able to access directly 300 million buyer accounts, including more than 100 million Prime customers in many of Amazon's international markets.

Amazon Global Selling will support Vietnamese sellers wishing to expand their businesses and build trademarks.
Hoang Minh Chien, deputy director of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade), said the launch of the Amazon Global Selling team in Vietnam would support local communication and develop better solutions to help businesses.
