President Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended the festival of great national unity in Dien Bien ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi, on November 17 evening.
The President hailed Dien Bien ward for its achievements this year and wished every resident would overcome difficulties and achieve goals adopted by the 13th National Party Congress.
He asked local authorities and people to raise public awareness of following the Party policies and guidelines, the State laws and local regulations.
He also suggested Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and mass organisations to grasp public opinions and aspirations.
Answering questions raised by local residents, he affirmed that the State will soon have enough vaccines to ensure that people are fully vaccinated./.
