He also affirmed that Vietnam will create all possible conditions for Laos to exploit Vung Ang seaport in central Ha Tinh province to spur its socio-economic development.

The Lao minister said that under Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith’s instruction, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport discussed with the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport contents for the upcoming visit to Laos by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
He took the occasion to thank the Vietnamese Government and the Ministry of Transport for their assistance to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
