Phuoc Dat Beads, a favorite accessory of garment exporters

Established more than twenty years ago when the fashion industry started to grow in Vietnam, Phuoc Dat Company has developed into a major accessory supplier for garment exporters to Europe, America and other countries in Southeast Asia.
In 1995, Nguyen Tri Dung and his wife Nguyen Thi Tuy started their bead-making business with the support of a sister. After 20 years, the company has become a prestigious maker of beads used for embroidery and accessories, making billions of dong each year. The company’s annual export revenues alone reach between 10 and 20 billion dong (roughly 440,000-880,000 US dollars).

Director Nguyen Thi Thuy said that all phrases of production are done by hand, from selecting models, beads and colors. Each product is plaited in a different style to be a beautiful and long lasting piece.
