The expo accommodates more than 2,300 booths set up by 800 businesses, displaying building materials, electrical equipment, interior and exterior decorative items, hygiene equipment, smart home systems, doors and door accessories, paints, and others.
It sees the participation of major brand names like Viglacera, Dong Tam, Toto, An Cuong, SCG, Secoin, Vitto, Vicostone, TTC, Catalan, Eurowindow and Aseanwindow.
Business-matching events and seminars will be held on its sidelines, including a seminar on new building materials and another on technology and building materials for smart cities.
Nguyen Van Sinh, Deputy Construction Minister, said Vietbuild aims to enhance international economic ties and create opportunities for businesses to expand production and investment links, and introduce cutting-edge technologies in construction, towards sustainable development of the domestic real estate market.
The exhibition will last until June 23.
