Charming Venice

Venice is one of the most charming cities in the world. It was founded in the 5th century in the northeast of Italy with 118 small islands which are connected by 444 bridges spanning 175 canals. The whole city is an extraordinary architectural masterpiece in which even the smallest building contains works by some of the world’s greatest artists such as Giorgione, Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese and others.
Instead of cars and trams, boats, water buses and gondolas are used for transportation. The major waterway of Venice is the Grand Canal (Canale Grande). Here, in the heart of Venice, tourists will find the most important and magnificent sights of the city.

Most enchanting however is a ride in a gondola or boat through the labyrinth of the canals. Don’t miss this delightful experience.  Enjoy the true spirit of this unique city and let it charm you.
