El secretario general del Partido Comunista y presidente de Vietnam, To Lam, y su cónyuge, Ngo Phuong Ly, llegaron hoy al aeropuerto de Changi para iniciar una visita de Estado a Singapur del 29 al 31 de mayo, por invitación del mandatario singapurense, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, y su esposa.
