Boiled-beef summer rolls

Vietnam cuisine is famous for its delicious, fresh rolls and boiled-beef summer rolls is one of the best dishes.
The main ingredients of boiled-beef summer rolls consist of fresh beef, rice paper wrappers, vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots and herbs, and pineapple and mam nem (a special type of fish sauce).

It is very simple to cook the dish. Select fresh beef and boil the beef for 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.

Slice the boiled beef thinly and put the slices on a bamboo flat basket with vegetables, herbs, pineapple and rice paper wrappers.
