Throughout his life, President Ho Chi Minh regarded people as both the goal and driving force of the revolutionary cause. Every policy and guideline, he believed, should serve the people's well-being. His greatest aspiration was that "everyone has enough food and clothing, and everyone has access to education." This reflected not only his desire to improve living standards but also his vision of developing well-rounded individuals with knowledge, morality, integrity, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
