US-DPRK Summit 2019: White House announces no joint statement issued at DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit

he second summit between US President Donald Trump and leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un ended without any joint statement being issued, according to the White House.

The office further said the subsequent meetings between the two leaders will take place in the future.

They did not have lunch together as originally scheduled.

Also, Trump’s press conference, originally scheduled for 3:50 p.m, will now take place at 2 p.m. He will return home right after the conference.
