Da Nang fishermen rejoice with bumper harvest of tiny sea prawns

In early May, fishermen in coastal areas of Da Nang city are enjoying a bumper harvest of ruoc bien (tiny sea prawns). Tiny sea prawns appear in batches, lasting about a week. On peak days, some small boats were lucky enough to catch 7-8 tons of fresh tiny shrimps; after deducting expenses, a fisherman could earn up to 8 million dong (304 US dollars) per day./.
