Held at the Youth Cultural House, the Vietnamese Tet Festival welcoming the Year of the Horse 2026 has, for nearly two decades, been both a popular springtime destination and a vibrant cultural space where traditional values are preserved and shared amid the city’s fast-paced urban life.
