Nguyen Thi Lien's Peacekeeping Journey to Africa

Among the approximately 100 female soldiers that Vietnam has sent to participate in the United Nations (UN) peacekeeping force, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Lien is the only one who has been deployed to Africa twice. Not only is she skilled in her specialty, but she is also enthusiastic and creative in supporting and helping the local people, leaving a deep impression on her international colleagues and the local people.
