Hanoi, September 24, (VNA)- State President Truong Tan Sang sent his congratulatory wishes to Guinea- Bissau’s President Jose Mario Vaz on the 41 st National Day of Guinea- Bissau on September 24.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent message of congratulation to Guinea- Bissau’s Foreign Minister Mario Lopes da Rosa.
