Alma Resort in Cam Ranh

Modern, spacious and emblematic of Vietnam's maturation, Alma Resort promises a new experience on the pristine peninsula of Cam Ranh, an emerging destination nearby Nha Trang.
Covering 30 ha, Alma Resort is designed in a modern style with neutral colors such as white, yellowish brown and blue which also match the natural scenery of Cam Ranh bay. Floor-to-roof glass panels usher in an abundance of natural light in the resort's 580 accommodations that all afford spectacular vistas of Bai Dai (Long Beach).

Austrian General Manager of the resort Herbert Laubichler-Pichler who has had 14 years’ experience managing three hotels in Vietnam said that all of Alma Resort rooms have an airy space. Alma's nine categories of spacious accommodations include one, two and three-bedroom ocean view suites spanning 71, 114 and 165m2 respectively, and the two and three-bedroom ocean view and ocean front pavilions ranging from 144 to 224m2.

All suites and villas feature master bedrooms with relaxing bathtubs, separate rainwater-style showers and huge living rooms with massive sofas, kitchens and dining areas. The ground floor pavilions boast private swimming pools, and the upper floor pavilions feature private Jacuzzis. Inland from the villas, the suites are housed in two V-shaped towers, with panoramic sea views of Long Beach and the East Sea.

The 12 pools cascading down to the beach include a 75m beachfront pool for laps and an adults-only pool. Cabanas and loungers dot the pools' terraces. A lazy river runs through Alma's 6000m2 Splash Water Park,  which also features a wave pool, kid's pool, water slides, and two American-style food trucks.

Sporting facilities include a water sports center offering activities such as kayaking and bodyboarding, a beachfront football field, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, an outdoor archery range, 18-hole golf course, open-air exercise stations and a giant chess board.
