The press conference was organized at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, where the DPRK leader Kim Jong-un and the DPRK delegation stayed during their official visit to Vietnam and attendance of the second DPRK-US Summit on February 27-28.
Earlier, the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit Vietnam ended earlier than expected and the two leaders of the DPRK and the US did not reach any agreement.-VNA/VNP
