For the Dao people, Tet is a time for families and clans to reunite after a year of hard work, to report achievements to their ancestors and pray for good fortune in the year ahead. From the 11th to the 12th lunar months each year, Dao communities across Thanh Hoa province come together to celebrate Tet nam cung as a traditional festival deeply rooted in their cultural life.
