At the press conference introducing the festival, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports announced that the event will celebrate and promote Hanoi's rich cultural and culinary traditions.

Featuring booths from embassies, traditional craft villages, and regional food specialties, the festival aims to solidify Hanoi's reputation as a premier culinary destination.

A major highlight will be the promotion of "Hanoi Pho" as an intangible cultural heritage, boosting both tourism and the cultural sector in the capital.

The festival will also feature activities such as roundtable discussions on the inclusion of Hanoi Pho in the national intangible cultural heritage list.

A special event, "Ha Thanh Digital Pho
