Draft documents of 14th Party Congress signal breakthrough in economic thinking
In the summary of the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party reaffirms its determination to comprehensively refine the socialist-oriented market economy institutions. Notably, for the first time, the concepts of the digital economy, green economy, circular economy and sharing economy are officially and comprehensively incorporated into the Congress documents.
