Young people across Vietnam enthusiastically set off for military service as localities nationwide held enlistment ceremonies on March 4–5. Amid the beat of drums and fluttering flags, families and community leaders gathered to see them off, expressing pride and confidence in the new recruits as they begin their duty to the nation.
