Trieu Khuc village vibrant during festive season

The Trieu Khuc village festival (Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi) is one of Hanoi’s traditional festivals, deeply rooted in history and spiritual culture. Annually on the 9th-12th days of January in the lunar year, which falls on 25 - 28 February this year, the villagers in Trieu Khuc Village are excited about the festival with traditional rites and cultural activities to commemorate Bo Cai Dai Vuong Phung Hung who is considered their patron saint.

Recognised as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2020, its most distinctive highlight is the "Con Di Danh Bong" dance - an ancient performance where young men dress as women./.
