Traditional heritage becomes highlight of Ninh Binh cultural products

The Hoa Lu Festival is a hallmark traditional event of Ninh Binh - the land of ancient capital. It is held to commemorate King Dinh Tien Hoang and generations of predecessors in the cause of national building and defence. Over time, the festival has grown into a provincial-scale event and has been recognised as a national intangible cultural heritage.
