At 8 p.m. on March 28, 2015, the Inaugural Ceremony of the 132nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-132) was solemnly held at the National Assembly House in Hanoi with the participation of over 1600 delegates from 160 delegations from five continents.
