Autumn Fair 2025 – Linking Vietnam’s Products with Global Opportunities
Under the theme “Connecting People with Production and Business,” Autumn Fair 2025 stands as the largest event of its kind ever held in Vietnam. Bringing together thousands of domestic and international enterprises, the fair features a wide range of exhibitions, trade promotion programs, and cultural exchange activities.
More than just a showcase, the event helps realize the government’s vision of boosting domestic trade and promoting national brands. It also serves as a dynamic international forum linking Vietnamese goods with global markets.
From around the country, hundreds of businesses, cooperatives, and artisans gathered to present the essence of Vietnamese craftsmanship, innovation, and pride, embodying the spirit of “Vietnamese people give priority to Vietnamese goods.” Each booth was creatively designed, featuring cutting-edge technology, products, and solutions that reflect Vietnam’s growing role in the global supply chain.
At the technology zone, Dr. Vu Ngoc Phuong, Chairman of the Science and Technology Council at VTG High-Tech Manpower and Smart Robot Group JSC, showcased humanoid robots developed by Vietnamese engineers. “We aim to introduce Vietnamese-made robots to international audiences while seeking partners to co-develop domestic technology,” Dr. Phuong said.
At the OCOP (One Commune, One Product) pavilion, the Hai Duong Leather Footwear Cooperative drew attention with its handcrafted leather shoes, certified with a three-star OCOP rating. Each pair is made with 17 steps using premium cowhide. Among the highlights was a century-old French-inspired design that only about ten artisans in Vietnam can still reproduce today.
“We hope Vietnamese consumers will continue to support locally made products,” said Nguyen Viet Vo, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Hai Phong Leather and Footwear Association, and Chairman of the Hai Duong Leather Footwear Cooperative. “A good pair of shoes can take you to wonderful places”.
One of this year’s key highlights is the International Pavilion, which brings together hundreds of businesses from more than 20 countries and territories, including China, Japan, Cambodia, the United States, New Zealand, India, Iran, Australia, Belgium, Singapore, and Laos. Each booth not only showcases distinctive products but also embodies the culture, consumer trends, and national identity of its participants—creating a vibrant mosaic of global cooperation and integration.
Autumn Fair 2025, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with government agencies, local authorities, and Vingroup, covers over 130,000 square meters with five themed zones, nearly 3,000 booths, and vibrant cultural, culinary, and entertainment programs. With participation from 34 provinces and cities and more than 2,500 domestic and international organizations and businesses, Autumn Fair 2025 is expected to become a new symbol of Vietnam’s integration spirit and its aspiration to reach global markets.
According to Kenneth Leong, Director of Taiki Capital (New Zealand), he came to the Autumn Fair to explore long-term trade and investment opportunities in Vietnam—a dynamic and promising market.
Amid the vibrant atmosphere, booths featuring art, fashion, and handicrafts celebrate both creativity and cultural identity, honoring the skill and ingenuity of Vietnamese artisans.
Throughout the fair, which runs from October 25 to November 4, visitors enjoy a rich lineup of cultural performances, fashion shows, and art programs. Together, these activities create a lively and engaging space that promotes Vietnamese culture while offering exciting opportunities for shopping and tourism.
Visitor Nguyen Thi Hanh said, “The layout is beautifully designed and easy to explore. I hope events like this will be held more often so people can experience and shop for more Vietnamese products”./.
