The Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), one of the country’s major economic groups, has set a target of more than 10% annual growth for the 2026–2030 period.

Operating in natural rubber cultivation, harvesting, and processing, VRG currently manages nearly 366,000 hectares of rubber plantations, accounting for about 30% of Vietnam’s total rubber-growing area. Its plantations are concentrated in the Southeast, Central Highlands, and central coastal regions, as well as in neighboring Laos and Cambodia.

With an average annual output of more than 500,000 tonnes of various rubber products, VRG supplies 60 processing plants and exports to more than 70 countries and territories worldwide.

The group is also stepping up sustainable forest management and expanding plantation areas that meet national and international standards to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements and global supply-chain standards.
