Authorities in Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai province, is restoring and expanding over 26ha of mangrove forests along the Bai Ca and Kinh rivers, transforming the area into a "green shield" against climate change. 

 The concerted efforts of local authorities and residents are not only reviving aquatic resources and protecting the environment but also opening up significant prospects for sustainable community-based ecotourism.
