Hanoi to host 2020 Highlights of ASH in Asia-Pacific

The 2020 Highlights of the American Society of Haematology (ASH) in Asia-Pacific is scheduled to take place in Hanoi from March 13 – 14 next year.

The conference, to be organised by the ASH in coordination with the Haematology and Blood Transfusion Society of Vietnam, is expected to welcome about 1,000 delegates in the fields of haematology, oncology and other specialities from Asian-Pacific countries.

At the event, specialists will analyse and present reports previously released at the ASH’s annual meeting. Participants will also be updated with the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of haematological diseases.

With more than 17,000 members from nearly 100 countries, the ASH is the world’s largest professional society serving both clinicians and scientists around the world who are working to conquer blood diseases.

Its mission is to further the understanding, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders affecting the blood, bone marrow, and the immunologic, haemostatic and vascular systems by promoting research, clinical care, education, training and advocacy in hematology.
