The President of the National Assembly of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Saysomphone Phomvihane, expressed his great pleasure at the re-election of Comrade Tran Thanh Man. He affirmed that this appointment reflects the profound trust and high regard of the Party, State, and people of Vietnam.
President Phomvihane expressed his confidence that with his extensive capacity and experience, Chairman Tran Thanh Man will lead the Vietnamese National Assembly to effectively fulfill its legislative functions, contributing to the country's prosperity and enhancing Vietnam's prestige and position in the regional and international arenas. He looks forward to continued close cooperation to consolidate the "great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation" between the two nations, ensuring the relationship between the two legislatures continues to deepen.
Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China, extended his congratulations, emphasizing that China and Vietnam are socialist neighbors connected by mountains and rivers. He noted that bilateral relations have deepened in recent years, particularly through the increasingly close exchanges between the NPC and the National Assembly of Vietnam.

Chairman Zhao Leji affirmed his readiness to work with Chairman Tran Thanh Man to implement the strategic consensus reached by the top leaders of both Parties and countries. This includes strengthening cooperation between the two legislative bodies to contribute to the socialist rule of law in each country and promoting the building of a "China-Vietnam Community with a Shared Future" of strategic significance.
Samdech Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, congratulated Chairman Tran Thanh Man on his re-election for the 16th term. She expressed her belief that under his distinguished leadership, the National Assembly of Vietnam will achieve new milestones, laying a solid foundation for Vietnam’s goal of becoming a high-income country by 2045.
President Khuon Sudary expressed her desire to continue working closely with Chairman Tran Thanh Man to further nurture the "good neighborliness, traditional friendship, and long-term comprehensive cooperation" between the two countries. She emphasized a people-centered approach to cooperation for the mutual benefit of both nations and their citizens.
