Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on November 26 signed a decision recognising the Ho Chi Minh Trail at Sea, encompassing Hai Phong city and provinces of Phu Yen, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Ca Mau, as a national special relic site.
