Hmong Ethnic People Showcases Their Culture in Dien Bien

As part of the 4th Hmong Ethnic Culture Festival held in Dien Bien from October 9 to 11, the vibrant colors of traditional costumes, handicrafts, culinary culture, and folk activities of the Hmong people are vividly showcased through exhibitions, performances, and interactive experiences.
