Organized by VINEXAD, with support from the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association (FFA) and the Vietnam Beer–Alcohol–Beverage Association (VBA), the event showcases modern technologies and products while serving as a trade bridge connecting producers, distributors, and retailers. It aims to create new opportunities for networking, cooperation, and market expansion within the food and beverage (F&B) industry.

With 6,500m2 of exhibition space, Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam 2025 reaffirms its position as the largest F&B exhibition in northern Vietnam. The event brings together 400 booths from more than 350 enterprises representing 10 countries and territories. It offers a comprehensive overview of the food and beverage sector, featuring product lines, advanced technologies, and new solutions across food, beverages, ingredients and additives, and processing, packaging, and labeling equipment.

Vu Ba Phu, Director General of the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, delivers remarks at the opening ceremony.
Marcus Malsch, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Agriculture, and Rural Development of Thuringia, Germany, speaks at the opening ceremony.
