Making news Government leader hosts Lao Defence Minister 18/12/2017 Hanoi, December 18 (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hosted a reception for visiting Lao Defence Minister Chansamone Channhalat in Hanoi on December 18. Welcoming the minister, PM Phuc stressed that the visit continues to help consolidate and boost the Vietnam-Laos traditional friendship and special solidarity.
