 The dish is 
      rich in protein and a daily favourite. 
       Ingredients (serves 2)- 4 
      eggs
 - 300gr of raw lean pork 
      paste
 - 50gr of onion
 - 60gr of liquid lard
 - 2 carrots
 - 100gr of French 
      bean
 - Fish sauce, seasoning, pepper, 
      powder and salt
 Preparation:
 
        
        - Mould the raw lean pork paste 
      into bars and boil. Chopnbsp;
          | 
 nbsp; |  nbsp;nbsp;onion and add salt, pepper, 
      fish sauce and seasoning. Whip
 nbsp; the egg and add fish sauce, 
      seasoning and pepper, then fry
 nbsp; it into very thin paper to wrap 
      the lean pork bars into rolls.
 nbsp; Steam the rolls and slice them into 
      pieces.
 - Slice carrot into round 
      pieces and boil them to a turn.
 - Place the egg rolls on a plate decorated with carrot 
      and
 nbsp; bean.
